Wednesday is Canada Day

Hey Gang,

I just learned from our Northern friend Claude, that today is Canada day! They are 142 years old.

I got to thinking...What bands have Canadian origin? One that comes to mind is The Barenaked Ladies. Their first real release was "Gordon" The album went to number one in Canada and went on to be a Gold in the States. The song I like is "What a Good Boy" 

This is not the release cover, but I wanted to show the band...

Thanks Bill. There is also Neil Young, The Band, The Guess Who who later became Bachman Turner Overdrive and many more.

What have you got for the big weekend? Any plans for the Fourth of July?

Really going just to hang around the house, do a little Barbecue, maybe a trip to the lake.

Hey, heres a couple other Canadians... Gordon Lightfoot, Bryan Adams, and remember the band Triumph, loved those guys!
